This Crystal property arrived heavily dated — wallpapered walls, original flooring in poor condition, a bathroom that needed full replacement, a cluttered and neglected interior, and a second floor being used as storage. The investor's goal was a clean, complete renovation that would make the home competitive on the market without overbuilding for the neighborhood.

We fully remodeled the kitchen with new shaker cabinets, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The main floor bathroom was gutted and rebuilt with a new subway tile tub surround and all-new fixtures. New carpet and LVP flooring were installed throughout the home.

The basement received a 300 sq ft family room finish, adding meaningful livable space that the property previously lacked. New windows were installed in the basement, and the entire HVAC system was updated with a new AC unit and water heater. A garage door opener was added, two dead trees were removed from the yard, concrete steps were repaired, and the full home received fresh paint and all-new light fixtures.
