If we're aligned after the call, we schedule an onsite walkthrough. For clients ordering a Critical Property Analysis, this is when the formal assessment takes place. For active project clients, this is our scoping visit.
Based on the walkthrough, we build a detailed project scope — what's included, what's excluded, timeline, and investment range. You review it, ask questions, and decide whether to move forward.
Once you approve the scope, we schedule the project start date, finalize material selections through the design board, and begin coordinating trades. Renovation begins on the agreed date.
We work exclusively with vacant properties within 30 miles of Minneapolis. If your property is occupied or outside our service area, we won't be able to take it on — but we'll tell you that upfront.
